One booking link for agents who juggle two phones
Linemerge folds your brokerage line, personal phone and team calendars into one true availability — then puts a privacy-aware booking page on top that respects all of them. No more double-booked showings.
Works with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Private calendars stay busy-only — details never leave your account.
Right now you're probably running two tools
One to keep your calendars in sync with each other, and one to hand out a booking link. Neither knows the whole story, and you pay for both.
Every line you own, one source of truth
Three things have to be true at once for a booking link to be safe to share. Linemerge is built around all three.
Merged availability
AvailableIf you're busy anywhere, the slot is gone everywhere.

Most calendar tools pull your full event details into their database because it's easier, then add a toggle that hides them. The data is still there.
In Linemerge, a private calendar stores a start time, an end time and a source tag. Titles, guests and notes are discarded at ingest — there is nothing to leak, breach or hand over.
How it works
-
Connect every account
Sign in with Google or Microsoft 365 and add every account you actually run — brokerage, personal, team. Add your phone's own calendars from the mobile app.
-
Name them and set privacy
Give each calendar a source tag and decide whether it's public (titles visible on your own merged view) or private (busy times only).
-
Set your rules
Working hours, meeting types, durations, buffers, minimum notice and daily caps — per meeting type.
-
Share one link
Your booking page offers only times that are genuinely free across everything, in the visitor's timezone.
-
Approve and go
Approve from the email or the app. The meeting lands on the calendar you chose for that meeting type, with a conferencing link attached.
Who it's for
Anyone whose availability is spread across more than one account. We started with real-estate agents because they feel it hardest.

Questions
All FAQs →Does Linemerge read my event titles?
Only for calendars you explicitly mark public. Private calendars contribute a start time, an end time and a source tag — nothing else is written to our database, so there is nothing to leak.
What does my brokerage see?
Whatever you publish on your booking page, and nothing more. Connecting a brokerage account does not give the brokerage visibility into your other calendars.
What stops two people booking the same slot?
A database exclusion constraint. Any overlapping confirmed booking is rejected outright, so the second request gets a clean refusal rather than silently double-booking you.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open your link, see real openings in their own timezone, and book. Reschedule and cancel links in their confirmation email work without signing in.
